The following terms and conditions apply to all trade with elkaregntoej.com in Europe (see terms for trade with Denmark below), Norway and Switzerland

This ecommerce website is under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, 2016.

Purchase
We currently only ship to Europe, Norway and Schwizerland.

Add the desired items to your cart and click on the shopping cart. From here you can delete or change the number of selected items. Check that you approve the terms and conditions, when current trading conditions are read and accepted. Enter your contact details and delivery information and choose the delivery and payment method. The purchase is confirmed and payment will be processed. You will then receive an electronic order confirmation and invoice by email.

We reserve the right not to deliver, in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order, we will inform you and cancel the order.

An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the Website and possess a valid payment card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.

All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark;

Payment
All displayed prices include a Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. ELKA retains the right to change web shop prices at any time. Prices and payment can be done in Euro (EUR) or Danish Kroner (DKK).

We accept payment via Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB & UnionPay. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

All transactions are charged with the following transaction fees.

– Denmark: Dankort: 1,39 DKK per. transaction. Mastercard (DK): +1.50%, VISA (DK): +1.50%,
– All other countries: Mastercard (other): 2,90%, VISA (other) +2,90% JCB & UnionPay: +3,75%.

The amount will be processed when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

Delivery:
All orders are handled and dispatched from our warehouse in Denmark. Elkaregntoej.com are delivered with PostNord (DK), DPD (DE, AT, CH) and DHL (all other countries). All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. You will receive the tracking number by email upon dispatch from the warehouse.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses – not to PO boxes.

Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.

Delivery time:
– Danish orders: 2-3 working days.
– European orders: 2-5 working days.
– Norway & Switzerland: 5-7 working days.

Shipping rates:
– Denmark: Free shipping
– Europe: € 15
– Norway: € 35
– Switzerland: € 30

We offer ‘Free Shipping’ in Denmark. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when choosing Denmark as destination.

Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.

VAT exempt purchases (for customers outside of the EU):
We offer tax free purchases on orders from non-EU countries. Tax exemption do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (20% of total price) will be removed automatically in the checkout process, when the shipping country is selected.
There may be additional charges in relation to customs clearance, which are at your own expense. These are not set by ELKA. For more information, please contact your local customs officials or post office or for reference you can use the www.dutycalculator.com.

* For orders going to the United States, we are able to send for 800 USD free of taxes and duty per shipment, due to the increase in U.S. de minimis.

Cancellation
If you choose not to pick up the item or refuse to accept delivery, the package will be sent back to us and we will charge you the amount corresponding to the return shipping and refund the remaining money into your account.

Return/ exchange:
ELKA give full refund within 14 days. All products returned MUST be unused, with hangtags and in original packaging. Returns must be in proper packaging. We recommend using the enclosed return form and return label.
You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). When returning a product, the funds are deposited back into your account – please note that it may take up to 10 days before the money is available in your account. We will send an email confirming the return. You will bear the cost of return shipping, but enclosed return label can be used.

Returns which do not comply with the above criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located. All returns along with order number should be sent to:

To ensure a swift transit through any customs offices, please remember to write RETURN on the outside of the package.

Warranty claims:
We are only human and all ELKA products is covered by a 2-year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. which means you can get a reduction in price, refund, the product repaired or replaced. We recommend that you contact us immediately, and we will review the situation and find the best solution together with you. Be aware that this warranty covers production faults and not wear and tear from everyday use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact customer service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable freight charges to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our freight costs for the return of goods after the investigation. Remember to always send the goods in protective packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it in Sunds.

If you disagree with our processing of your complaint, then you can contact the Centre for Complaint Resolution of the Competition and Consumer Protection Authority, and then to the Consumer Complaints Board. ELKA will handle your personal information in the strictest confidence at all times. The information you provide to us will not be disclosed to third parties but will be used to send you information about your order and shipment. Købet bekræftes og betaling gennemføres.Herefter modtager du elektronisk en ordrebekræftelse samt faktura pr. e-mail.

Betaling
Alle priser er angivet i danske priser inkl. moms og andre afgifter. Priserne gælder kun ordrer til levering i Danmark, ikke omfattende Grønland og Færøerne. Alle betalinger i webshoppen kan ske med bl.a Dankort, Visa og Mastercard og der påløber følgende gebyrer.

Forsendelse og levering
Alle forsendelser sker med PostNord som:
– Levering til pakke-/postkontor: 0,-

Bemærk: Ordren kan først følges på track & trace efter kl. 21:00 på afsendelsesdagen.
Ordrer modtaget på hverdage inden kl. 12 bliver som regel afsendt samme dag. Der kan forekomme længere leveringstid under udsalg og kampagner. Det er altid muligt at se lagerstatus inden varen tilføjes til indkøbskurven. Er vi ikke i stand til at afsende varerne inden for det angivne tidsrum, giver vi dig information herom pr. mail eller telefon. www.elkaregntoej.com tager ansvaret for varerne, indtil modtagelsen. Vi leverer i Danmark, dog ikke Grønland og Færøerne.
Når produkterne er pakket og faktureret modtager du en mail med leveringsdetaljer.

Ombytning af varer
ELKA giver fuld returret indenfor 14 dage, ifølge forbrugeraftalelovens § 17.
Alle varer der returneres SKAL være ubrugt, med hangtags og i original emballage. Returnering skal ske i forsvarlig emballage. Vi anbefaler at benytte vedlagte returseddel og returlabel.
Når varen returneres indsættes pengene på din konto – vær opmærksom på, at der kan gå op til 10 dage før pengene kan ses på din konto. Vi sender en mail som bekræfter returneringen. Du skal selv afholde omkostninger ved returforsendelsen, men vedlagte returlabel kan benyttes.
Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende.

Fortrydelsesret
Vælger du ikke at afhente varen i pakkeshoppen, eller nægter modtagelse ved omdeling kommer varen retur til os, og vi opkræver det beløb der svarer til returforsendelsen, og refunderer de resterende penge til din konto.

Reklamationer
Vi er kun mennesker, og det kan hænde, at der er en fejl på det tilsendte produkt. Vi følger forbrugerlovgivningen, og giver 2 års reklamationsret, hvilket betyder, at du kan få et afslag i prisen, pengene retur, varen repareret eller ombyttet. Vi anbefaler, at du kontakter os med det samme, og vi vurderer den konkrete situation og finder den bedste løsning sammen med dig.
Er reklamationen berettiget, refunderer vi naturligvis dine rimelige fragtomkostninger til at sende varen retur til os. I modsat fald skal du selv afholde alle udgifter til transport, herunder vores fragtomkostninger til returnering af varen efter undersøgelse.
Husk altid at sende varen i forsvarlig emballage og få en kvittering for afsendelse. Du har nemlig selv ansvaret for pakken/varerne indtil vores modtagelse. Gem derfor postkvittering inkl. oplysning om fragtomkostninger samt evt. track and trace nummer. Bemærk! Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt pr. efterkrav eller lignende.

Forbehold og ansvarsfraskrivelse
Der tages forbehold for eventuelle afgiftsændringer, pris- og korrekturfejl, tekniske fejl, udsolgte varer og force majeure, herunder mangler ved eller forsinkelse af leverancer fra underleverandører.

De oplysninger du afgiver til os videregives ikke til tredjepart, men vil blive brugt til at sende dig mails om ordreinformation, afsendelse mm.
